The oversized platinum case features a broad bezel, massive repeater slide, thick lugs, sapphire crystals front and back and is 44mm diameter by 15.5mm thick. The entire case is polished in finish. The dial isn’t so much of a dial as an interface with the watch’s timekeeping and complications. Silver in color with applied white gold hour markers and white gold alpha hands, the front of the watch has cutaways for viewing much of the caliber below. There are also scales which show the power reserve remaining in the movement measured in days, as well as the amount of torque in the mainspring. You can see the extremely high quality of this watch in its fit and finish, both of the dial and case as well as the movement. JLC is among the elite Swiss manufactures and this watch illustrates why better than my words can ever convey.
